The residence sits on Town Rajamahendravaram in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Clients were very friendly and allowed us to design a environment friendly building. The entire building divided in to three levels as the ground floor is dedicated mostly for landscaping and water body with ample parking. Fist floor is designed as private area for their family. Second floor is designed as entertainment area with Gym, home theatre and terrace garden connected with Bar area.
The interiors and landscaping of the residence were designed as to give the pleasure of being multi dimensional home to its inhabitants.
Client M/s. Mahaveer Developers & Constructions were approached for a Unique Facade design in the middle of construction. It was a competitive and challenged design for us. We designed the facade as a double skin with perforated aluminium sheets and Low-e glass by considering sun path and used several green material for it. Also disgned Lighting as an integral part of design including light fixtures. Finally turned out into landmark.
Luxuries apartment designed for M/s. Thipparthi Constructions near L.B. Nagar. Extensively designed elevation with premium finishes and free flowing areas in planning from the entrance to terrace floor, rendered this structure as a beautiful environment.
